Facilities at our apartment

This page gives you some more details about our two bedroom apartment including some more pictures. Check out our gallery for more photos of our property & the surrounding area.

Our apartment sleeps a maximum of 5 people. It boasts a spacious living room with a separate fully equipped kitchen.

Living Area

This bright airy room with air-conditioning has been comfortably furnished in mexican style.It has a comfortable large recliner sofa & chair,TV/DVD system with more than 70 satellite channels & a CD & radio. We also provide a selection of CD's & DVD's. There is also a dining table & chairs in this room & in the corner cabinet we leave a supply of books & games for your use. This room has patio doors with security grills on lead out onto the terrace which in turn leads down a few steps to the private garden.

Master Bedroom

This room is furnished in mexican style with a comfortable double bed. It also has large fitted wardrobes. All bedding & towels are provided.

Bedroom 2

Also furnished mexican style with two comfortable full size single beds and large fitted wardrobes. All bedding & towels are provided.

The Kitchen

This room is fully equipped if you wished to cook full meals. It has a full size electric cooker with extractor over,a fridge/freezer,microwave,toaster & kettle. There is plenty of crockery,pots & pans etc. We even provide extra items like a cool box for picnics.

Utility Area

Off the kitchen is an outside laundry area. This has a washing machine,sink & clothes line. We also provide an iron & ironing board.

There are also beach chairs stored here which you are welcome to use.

Terrace/Garden

The terrace which has some shade has a table & chairs for eating al-fresco. This in turn leads down a few steps into a lower garden area with sunloungers which gets full sun in the afternoon & evening. This area has an electronic gate so it is safe for children.

Outside/General

There is plenty of parking on the street outside and the main front door also has a locked security gate at the bottom of the steps for which only us and three of our neighbours have a key for, so the apartment is very secure. All the windows also have pull down blinds for security and to keep the apartment cool in the summer months.
