Two bedroomed apartment attached to a Spanish village on the Costa Calida. We are on the edge of the urbanisation overlooking agricultural land so it is very peaceful. We have a terrace for eating al-fresco which leads down a few steps to a private garden with sunloungers which gets full sun in the afternoon.
Our property is the perfect indulgent get away. Its location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family with all facilities within 5-10 minutes drive. It has everything you could possibly want whilst on holiday as it is equipped as our second home & we hope that if you decide to book it you will enjoy staying there as much as we do.
There is a small community pool for your use. The larger leisure area is in the process of being built & will be ready later this year.
It has a comfortable air-conditioned lounge area with patio doors leading out onto a terrace. This in turn leads down a few steps to a lower garden area with sunloungers which gets full sun in the afternoon and evening. This area is safe for children as the entrance to this is through an electronic gate.
It has two bedrooms, one double & one with 3ft twin beds. The beds are made up ready for your arrival. There is also an inflatable single bed for the lounge if required.
There is a separate kitchen which also has an enclosed back courtyard equipped with a washing machine & an area to hang out washing. We also provide an iron & ironing board.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and all towels are provided except beach towels. We also provide a hairdryer.
We have satellite TV with more than 70 channels. there is also a DVD player & a selection of DVD's & a CD player & a selection of CD's, books & games for your use.
