We take bookings for anything from 3 nights to 6 months. Our nightly rate is from £40 - £55. For stays of two weeks we give a 10% reduction and for three weeks or longer a 20% reduction.
We take bookings from any day of the week and for any length of stay. Flexibility on arrival and departure times to fit in with your flights.
Our prices include everything (there is no extra charge for cleaning) although we do ask for a £50 returnable damages deposit.
On booking we require the £50 returnable damages deposit to confirm the booking which we will keep if a cancellation is made. The balance is to be paid eight weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
